DELIVERY

Our usual turnaround time is between 5-7 days from our printers in Blackburn, Lancashire, UK. Your product is lovingly handmade to order, and we are a small business. Please keep this in mind when ordering gifts. You will receive a notification when your package has been dispatched.

Tees and sweatshirts posted to the UK have FREE DELIVERY!

They will be sent via second class signed for shipping (Royal Mail)

This is tracked, and typically fairly speedy. Often orders shipped with Royal Mail's 2nd class service (in the UK) arrive within two working days (excluding peak times like Christmas), but can take up to 5 working days to arrive. We choose second class to keep costs low for our customers.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates:

  • UK - 2 to 5 working days after dispatch email 
  • EU - around 7 working days  after dispatch email
  • International - around 7 to 10 working days after dispatch email
  • Shipping costs
    Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel, the shipping method and the destination it's being shipped to, and any special shipping discounts My Other Life attaches to certain products or collections. All parcels heavier than 0.6kg (UK) or 0.3kg (rest of the world) will default to DPD courier as this is the cheapest shipping option.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason your My Other Life product has arrived damaged or isn't the colour, design or size you ordered, please get in contact with us right away at lucy@mol.rocks so that we can organise a replacement. Please return your order in an unworn condition within 14 days of receipt and your postage cost, as well as the cost of your item, will also be refunded (unless you request an exchange, in which case just your postage cost will be refunded).

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item(s) back.  We are a small business, so it is really important items are re-sellable after we receive them back. 

Please email us first at lucy@mol.rocks with your order info so we can let you know the address to return your item(s) to.

NOTE: We really hope we've provided plenty of information on sizing, both within the product description and on our Sizing page, so that you can order the best size for you. But we know that ordering online can be tricky as you can't try things on. If the size you ordered really isn't wearable but is in perfect condition and can be resold, we will be happy to exchange it for you upon receipt of the returned item.
